Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Origination: Proactively identify and secure off-market and listed land opportunities that align with the firm's strategic growth objectives.
- Capital Partnering: Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional investors and family offices, assisting in the structuring of joint ventures and equity placements.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and sophisticated financial modeling to ensure projects exceed internal IRR and equity multiple benchmarks.
- Project Leadership: Direct the full development lifecycle—from site control and entitlements through design, construction, and successful lease-up.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the firm and municipal officials, brokers, and investment partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
