About you
You’re someone who enjoys building and leading strong engineering teams. You care about helping people grow, creating a positive culture, and delivering high‑quality software. You’re excited about how AI can improve the way teams work, and you know how to balance hands‑on technical leadership with empowering others. You’re comfortable with change, can bring clarity to complex situations, and enjoy working closely with product and engineering peers to make an impact.
Day‑to‑day, you will:
- Lead and inspire at least two engineering squads, working with a mix of engineers and AI agents like Devin to deliver great outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product Management to deliver features that meet quality expectations and timelines.
- Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent as part of our KL GOC expansion.
- Build strong team practices using Kanban so your squads can work predictably and maintain high velocity.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in people management .
- Experience using .NET or another modern technology stack, plus AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure cloud, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile ways of working.
- Experience working in polyglot environments (Ruby, PHP) for roles in the Accountant domain.
