    This is a certified summer school position teaching Algebra II at Jefferson High School.  The candidate must be properly licensed to teach Math covering grades 9-12.  JHS summer school is offered in two sessions.  Session 1 is from 7:00 am through 10:05 am and Session 2 is from 10:25 am through 1:30 pm.  The first day of the JHS Summer School is Tuesday, May 26th and the last day is Friday, June 26th.  JHS Summer School classes will meet Monday through Friday and teachers are expected to commit to completing the entire assignment.  Teachers may work one or both sessions and the hourly rate of pay is based upon a teacher's regular contract salary divided by 1080.  Each session and associated preparation time is equal to 3.5 hours daily.  Current staff members, that are appropriately licensed, should complete an INTERNAL application through Recruiting & Hiring and send an email of interest to Brandon Hawkins at [email protected] by Friday, April 24th.  Those not currently working for the LSC should complete and submit an EXTERNAL Recruiting and Hiring application and send an email to Brandon Hawkins at [email protected] by Friday, April 24th.
