Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced basketball coach to lead our varsity team at Mishoreline High School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game of basketball, a strong work ethic, and the ability to inspire and motivate student-athletes to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive basketball program for the varsity team
- Plan and conduct daily practices and game strategies
- Evaluate and develop the skills of individual players
- Manage team travel arrangements for games and tournaments
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration
- Attend all team meetings and events

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- In-depth knowledge of basketball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid coaching certification and first aid/CPR certification
- Bachelor's degree in physical education or related field preferred, but not required
