Trinity Place is seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator (32–40 hours/week) to ensure adequate staffing for the facility.

Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with some weekend coverage required.

The pay range is $18-20+/hour. CNA experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain master nursing staff schedules for all shifts (e.g., days, evenings, nights, Baylor).


• Address call-outs and uncovered positions by coordinating with employees, PRN/on-call teammates, and the Trinity Support Team.


• Keep updated contact lists for nursing team members and emergency numbers.


• Manage scheduling systems, facilitate onboarding and orientation, and process related administrative tasks.


• Monitor attendance, assist with disciplinary actions, and maintain teammate files.


• Track certifications and license renewals as needed; generate daily staffing reports.


• Order nursing supplies and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Experience with staff scheduling and coordination.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to move throughout the facility, bend and reach, and sit at a computer for extended periods.
