Job Description

Main Goal: 

Help the Non-Inventory Controller prepare, organize, update and control the Inventory.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the reception, kitting, sorting, and deployment of the non-inventory.
  • Manage inventory unit classifications and inventory mechanisms fluently.
  • Assist with label deployment.
  • Manage deliveries and receptions.
  • Execute cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis when required.
  • Investigates discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories, keeping a record of the data.
  • Communicate to the Non-Inventory receiver when defective products are discovered and/or quantity discrepancies happen.
  • Be a role model in safe work practices, especially when in a warehouse environment.
  • Contribute to the effectiveness of the MS and comply with all procedures and policies established for the quality management system.
  • Participate in the achievement of organizational and MG objectives.
  • Such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Associate degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
  • CPR and FIRST AID (preferred).
  • Fire extinguisher/Fire safety (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, or similar job position.
  • Experience working on warehouse projects with work teams.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel).
