What You'll Do

  • Deliver expert-designed ABA care under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to children with special needs.

  • Collect and analyze data to coach progress and refine treatment plans.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliant) and accurate documentation.

  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for truly holistic support.

  • Educate and empower families to reinforce progress at home.

You’re a Great Fit If You

  • Have 1–2 years’ experience in ABA or behavioral therapy (preferred).working with children of special needs.

  • Bring foundational knowledge of ABA principles and strong documentation skills.

  • Have prior experience using EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) systems—a plus.

  • RBT certification is a plus.

  • Are available a minimum of 10 hours per week as a behavior technician.

  • Enjoy working with children or those with behavioral challenges.

  • Communicate with empathy and clarity in both written and verbal forms.

  • Care deeply about protecting client privacy and providing ethical care.
