As an Associate Teacher, you’ll work in a structured special education classroom supporting students with behavioral, emotional, and learning needs.
You will:
Support students’ academic and social development
Use trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff
Build strong, supportive relationships with students

✅ Basic Qualifications
Age 21+
36 college credit hours OR eligible for substitute teaching certification
Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred*
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
