We are currently looking for a Variable Hour Career Enhancement Participant to join our Pre Employment Career Counslor 3 team located at the Carl Albert Service Center.
Summary:
The Career Enhancement participant must be motivated to meet all requirements and responsibilities of the Career Enhancement program and on the job training site. Specific tasks will be defined by the job training worksite supervisor and the participant must comply with all training site policies and procedures.

* Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Reports to assigned worksite on time as scheduled
* Communicates with assigned counselor and site supervisor as directed
* Completes assigned tasks/projects in a timely manner as directed by the Foreman, Crew Leader, worksite supervisor
* Works on goals set forth by Counselor, Resource Manager or job developer
* Demonstrates excellent customer service and professionalism at all times while at job training site
* All other duties as assigned
