Auburn Ridge is a manufacturing company specializing in high-quality building components, and we’re looking for a TruCut Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating saw equipment to produce accurate, pre-cut lumber components used in wall systems and construction projects.

What You’ll Do
Operate the TruCut saw to cut lumber to specification
Read and interpret cut sheets and production drawings
Inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality
Label and prepare finished products for delivery
Perform basic equipment maintenance and safety checks
Track production and report any issues
Keep work area clean and safe
Support team and assist with other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
4+ years of woodworking or related experience (lumberyard preferred)
Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed plans
Experience with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
