Dmitriy & Co is a renowned couture upholstery house celebrated for immaculate tailoring, exceptional craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality. With roots spanning three generations on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, each piece reflects a legacy of precision, refinement, and quiet luxury.

As part of RH’s expanding ecosystem of luxury design, craft, and manufacturing, Dmitriy & Co represents the artistry and discipline required to bring extraordinary furniture to life. We are seeking a Procurement Leader to define and lead the sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, purchasing discipline, and inventory management practices that support this standard of excellence.

This leader will build and guide a team focused on material availability, inventory investment, vendor performance, and operational precision — ensuring seamless alignment between demand, production, and long-term sourcing goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Architect and continuously refine a procurement and purchasing strategy that supports scalability, operational excellence, and the uncompromising quality of Dmitriy & Co
  • Own inventory planning and purchasing, including demand alignment, replenishment, material availability, and investment discipline
  • Build trust-based relationships with key suppliers, grounded in shared standards, transparency, performance, and long-term alignment
  • Lead strategic sourcing and purchasing negotiations, balancing cost efficiency with quality, margin integrity, and production needs
  • Partner closely with the Workroom and cross-functional leaders to align material flow, production schedules, purchasing priorities, and business goals
  • Conduct supplier, material, and cost analyses to support sourcing decisions, value optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee purchase order execution, supplier follow-up, delivery timelines, and issue resolution to ensure materials are available when needed
  • Develop and scale a high-performing team responsible for purchasing execution, inventory management, supplier coordination, and process discipline
  • Establish tools, reporting, and operating rhythms that strengthen visibility, accountability, and decision-making across procurement and production

OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of proven experience leading procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and inventory management functions in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Robust financial acumen with experience managing cost, inventory investment, purchasing decisions, and margin impact
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience building supplier relationships that support quality, cost, reliability, and long-term partnership
  • Experience developing processes, tools, and reporting to improve purchasing discipline, inventory accuracy, and operational visibility
  • A strong point of view paired with disciplined execution, sound judgment, and attention to detail
  • Leadership presence with a commitment to building teams, strengthening processes, and raising operational standards
  • Experience in luxury furniture, upholstery, textiles, or made-to-order manufacturing preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Occasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds, such as product samples or materials
  • Sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
  • Move throughout an active workroom environment, including standing, walking, and navigating production spaces
