International is hiring a Technical Maintenance, Repair Quality & Uptime Development Manager in Woodridge!
The Technical Maintenance, Repair Quality & Uptime Development Manager is a senior technical leadership role responsible for defining and advancing International’s maintenance programs, repair quality standards, and workshop capabilities across the full vehicle lifecycle.
International is in the middle of a real transformation. Vehicles are becoming more connected, more complex, and more dependent on software, data, and service ecosystems than ever before. But none of that matters if vehicles aren’t reliable, maintainable, and repairable in the real world.
This role exists to ensure that maintenance and repair quality are not afterthoughts—but are built into the product from the beginning. It connects engineering, service operations, and digital solutions to deliver vehicles that maximize uptime and perform in real customer environments.
