This is a high‑impact contract opportunity to be part of a complex, enterprise‑scale transformation with global reach.

About the Role

Reporting to the Program Manager – Transformation Projects, you’ll be responsible for planning, leading and delivering key components of the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, technology partners and global teams to ensure project outcomes are delivered to scope, schedule, quality and budget.

This role suits a confident, delivery‑focused Project Manager who thrives in fast‑paced transformation environments and knows how to balance governance with momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle Fusion ERP implementation projects end‑to‑end
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, controls and reporting
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies
  • Monitor compliance to corporate standards, policies and quality frameworks
  • Provide clear, timely status reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed scope, cost and timeframe

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • 5+ years’ experience managing large‑scale IT or enterprise transformation projects
  • Proven experience delivering ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion highly regarded)
  • Strong governance, risk and financial management capability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Confidence managing scope, dependencies and competing priorities
  • A practical, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot challenges
  • Ability to maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and stakeholders

Qualifications (highly regarded):

  • PMP, PRINCE2 and/or AgilePM certification
