About the role

 

We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Business – Sales, based in Cracow, Poland or Brussels, Belgium, to drive commercial performance through advanced analytics and strategic insight. Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Analytics EMEA‑APAC, this role acts as a trusted business partner to EMEA Commercial Unit leaders, supporting strategic decision‑making, profitability improvement, and sustainable growth.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations and collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, Finance, HR, and other cross‑functional teams to optimize sales effectiveness and commercial processes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

·          Build deep business understanding and actively support sales meetings, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews

·          Partner with Sales leaders to design and lead initiatives that improve sales efficiency and revenue growth

·          Perform ad‑hoc analyses using data from multiple enterprise systems, delivering clear insights and recommendations

·          Assess reporting needs and data integrity; develop standardized and customized sales and performance dashboards using BI tools

·          Lead cross‑functional initiatives to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency

·          Define and track KPIs to measure commercial strategy effectiveness

·          Manage Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including governance, simulations, accruals, and communication with Sales leadership and HR

·          Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging analytical tools

 

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sciences, or a related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a B2B multinational manufacturing environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik)
  • Solid knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience in report automation and dashboard development
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and financial literacy
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Self‑driven, well‑organized, and able to set priorities independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with teams across different time zones
  • Customer‑ and results‑oriented mindset
  • Proactive problem solver with strong learning agility and interest in new technologies

 

Languages

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Additional European language is an asset
