Virtual Medical Call Center Representatives (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
 

Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound New Patient and Existing Patient Calls

- Converting phone, social media, and email appointment requests to consults or appointments

- Exceptional Customer Service To Resolve Calls Completely
 

Requirements:

- Exceptional sales experience is a MUST

- RN or clinical experience a plus

- Bilingual (Spoken/Written Proficiency in both Spanish and English)
 

The pay range will depend on market value and your years of experience in the field.
