Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate daily customer pick‑up and delivery activities in support of Courier Services operations across the United States.
Serve as a customer‑facing point of contact, providing shipment visibility, status updates, and issue resolution while supporting high‑value customers and the secure handling of high‑value equipment.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple organizations to ensure alignment, timely execution, and resolution of operational issues.
Monitor and manage daily activity using multiple enterprise systems, reports, and dashboards to track shipments, performance metrics, and exceptions.
Review and analyze operational and financial reports to support accuracy, visibility, compliance, and informed decision‑making.
Interface with Oracle, Salesforce, and related systems to support tracking, reporting, and coordination of daily courier activities (prior experience preferred).
Adhere strictly to documented processes, standard work instructions, and compliance requirements; ensure all activities are executed consistently and accurately.
Identify, document, and escalate process deviations, service issues, or risks in accordance with established procedures.
Create, update, and maintain process documentation to support standardization, audit readiness, operational clarity, and continuous improvement.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, courier partners, supervisors, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Participate in daily operational reviews or meetings to assess performance, review metrics, and support corrective actions as required.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address shipment delays, data discrepancies, or operational obstacles.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, reporting accuracy, and process effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of 1 year directly related experience.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution is required.
Desired 2-5 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse or material handling role.
Polished computer skills include use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharedoc, Sales Force, Oracle , Smartsheet,
Ability to self-manage and improve incrementally on daily assigned tasks.
Consistent reliability in attendance.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Secondary education or certified course work in logistics is desirable.
Able to support overtime shiftwork as necessary to support business needs.
