We are looking for a Life Engagement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a well-rounded and stimulating program of activities for our seniors.  But be able to drive community Bus/Van.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and mentor staff by providing training, setting hours, providing performance feedback, etc.
  • Develop, organize, plan, implement, and evaluate a well-rounded and stimulating holistic activity program addressing the needs and limitations of residents. 
  • Implement life enrichment portion of memory care program.
  • Arrange for appropriate activities such as exercise opportunities and spiritual activities as reflected by resident preferences.
  • Manage budget, expenses and supplies.
What you'll bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience working with elderly.
  • 1+ year of experience providing planned activities.
  • First Aid Certification based on state requirement.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis
