Job Description

Helms Home Care is seeking a dependable and organized Receptionist to support operations at a satellite office location. This role is not patient-facing and focuses primarily on managing incoming communications, electronic filing, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Manage voicemail messages, emails, faxes and ensure timely follow-up
  • Perform electronic filing (e-filing) and maintain accurate digital records
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
  • Coordinate communication between departments as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ensure organization of office systems and workflows
