Helms Home Care is seeking a dependable and organized Receptionist to support operations at a satellite office location. This role is not patient-facing and focuses primarily on managing incoming communications, electronic filing, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Manage voicemail messages, emails, faxes and ensure timely follow-up
- Perform electronic filing (e-filing) and maintain accurate digital records
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate communication between departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure organization of office systems and workflows
