Job Description

We are seeking Shift Leaders who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to lead lively, fun guest interactions in our restaurant. As a leader in the store, not only do we want you to show your individuality, but you'll also get to help guests showcase theirs as they create their own pizzas made from artisanal quality ingredients at a super-fast speed. 

Shift Leaders - Earn up to $17/hour with tips - $34,680 per year

 Job Description

We are looking to hire positive, enthusiastic people who share in our commitment to our core values – celebrating individuality, making intelligent choices and serving up exceptional pizza. If you are a friendly, personable and responsible person, we want to speak with you.  We are looking for Shift Leader with experience managing shifts of anywhere between 7 -15 people a shift. 

You
will work in a fast-paced environment, where your responsibilities may include:

  • Excels in performing all Crew Member tasks.
  • Maintains fast accurate service, ensures an unsurpassed guest experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards.
  • Leads Crew Members and directs all daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of both the General and Assistant Managers including supervising and training employees, opening, and closing the store, ensuring all food preparation is complete, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
  • Makes sure the restaurant is up to company standards with regards to cleanliness,neatness,andguestaccessibility.UsesthecompanyPOSaccuratelyandmaintainspropercontrolofcompany assets. Ensures accurate deposits and follows cash control/security procedures.
  • Ensures that the Occupational Health and Safety Act, local health and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to.
  • Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
  • Motivates and coaches Crew Members and assists in the training of new Crew Members.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Completes all other duties assigned, as necessary


Qualifications

  • Passion
    for serving others while having fun!
  • Have vital guest service & communication skills
  • 1-2 year Food service experience, supervisor experience is an asset
  • Enjoy
    building relationships “ With our guests and fellow team members
  • Have
    the ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and
    continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
  • Can lift 50lbs, and work for long periods standing in a hot kitchen
