EEC Solutions is looking for a Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) / Air Advisor Leadership Instructor / SME to support a possible upcoming contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL), NJ.

Position Description:
Serves as the primary SME and instructor for Air Advisor TTPs and leadership topics. Delivers instruction on advisory operations, key leader engagement, mission planning, OPSEC, media relations, and the latest AA-related tactics, techniques, and procedures. Assists in the writing and updating of official AA TTP documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide instruction and evaluations on the latest AA-related TTPs.
• Teach subjects including, but not limited to: AA Roles and Responsibilities, Key Traits for Advisors, Advisory Operations, Instructor Fundamentals, Mission Planning, Interpreter Application, Fundamentals of Advising, Cybersecurity Policies, Information & Intelligence in Support of AA Activities, Public Affairs and Media Relations, Area Study/Mission Analysis, Capabilities Based Assessment, AOR Update with Current Threat Brief, OPSEC Training, Counter-Intelligence Awareness, Strategic Agility, Key Leader Engagement, Country Security Forces Assessment, Mission Operations, and Leader/Influence Competencies.
• Provide instruction on media relations including mock interviews and tape editing for classroom playback.
• Provide instruction on the fundamentals of conducting an operating environment analysis.
• Provide students with mission-specific task information and analysis as required.
• Liaison with AFSOC, USAF EC TTP section, Air Force Geographic Component Commands, MAJCOMs, and other advisor organizations to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Assist in writing and updating official Air Advisor TTPs.
• Develop, update, revise, and deliver curriculum and courseware IAW USAF EOS policy.
• Complete USAF EOS instructional methods course; maintain 180 hours of instruction within first year; maintain satisfactory or above on Government evaluations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Deployed as a Military Advisor, PAS Officer, RAS Officer, FAO, PRT member, attaché, or Security Cooperation Officer (or equivalent advisory role).
- Completion of Air Command and Staff College, Senior NCO Academy, or sister service school equivalent (in-residence or by correspondence).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; CAC required within two weeks of start date.
- Verification of advisory deployment experience and knowledge of current AA TTPs required.
