Job Description:

$22.096/hour (Breakdown: $19.096 hour plus $3 differential for every hour worked)

Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. Hours may vary depending on facility need.


 

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: High school education plus four to six years related work experience, two of which should have been in a supervisory capacity.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory methods and procedures. Ability to supervise and direct the work of others; communicate effectively; work independently with minimal supervision; organize in a logical manner. Use of office machines and ability to operate assigned material handling equipment. Ability to operate forklift. Some travel required.


 

Coordinate bulk warehouse, storage and supply operations. Determine storage locations and utilization of floor space. Develop and assign new stock numbers, item descriptions and maintain master supply catalog. Assist in the preparation of surplus sales. Supervise the receiving and shipping of supplies and equipment. Conduct annual equipment inventory and follow up on any discrepancies. Maintain maintenance records of assigned equipment. Assign and schedule duties of subordinates. Oversee the transportation of supplies and equipment. Supervise and assist agency personnel in obtaining orders. Operation Nebraska Information System for procurement, fixed assets and inventory supplies.
