he Community & Provider Relations Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Emanuel Medical Center and external healthcare partners, including hospitals, physician practices, and other referral sources. This role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships, increasing awareness of available services, and supporting coordinated patient referrals. 

In addition, this position supports community outreach, internal engagement, communications, and development initiatives to enhance the hospital’s presence and connection within the community.
