Duties & Responsibilities: Technology Center Operation o Drive biological pig performance by learning and executing all SOPs, including: § Individual pig care § Feed and water system management § Ventilation requirements § Animal handling o Learn and all hardware components of scales, feed system, and ventilation system o Learn and become proficient in ventilation and feed system software o Responder to alarms that can occur any time of day or night o Routine weekend responsibilities (every other weekend) for the execution of the daily SOP Research Management o Coordinate with R & D Leadership team to design study protocols o Ensure all execution of research study protocols and processes o Oversee all on-site logistics with regards to data collection o Assist in data validation and analysis o Provide updates to R & D Leadership team on research study learnings and key events o Be willing and able to learn and lead research activities in any technology center, sow farm, commercial wean-to-market site, or packing plant Human Capital Management o Assist in recruitment of potential employees o Execute personal onboarding program with the objective of self-development in the areas of daily commercial pork production practices, The Maschhoffs culture and financial drivers, pig biology, standard work, and scientific methodology o Assist in onboarding new employees o Support community engagement Physical Resource Management o Maintain facilities and all equipment in ideal operating condition, including routine validation and maintenance o Maintain cleanliness of facilities (inside and outside, laundry, office, etc.) Skills & Abilities Knowledge of: - Computer operations

Compensation: Targeted pay range of $18.00-$26.61 USD per (hour or year), depending on experience and qualifications.
