About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled BOH Broil Cook/Line Cook to join our team at One Flew South. As a Broil Cook/Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the food is of high quality and meets our standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Broil Cook/Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or certification
  • Experience working with a variety of cuisines
  • Experience working in a scratch kitchen
