We are looking for a strong, determined & charismatic candidate to join our Sales Department at our Holiday Inn. We are a full service hotel with 20,000 sq. feet of conference space.

Candidates will be:

• Responsible for maintaining & creating corporate, transient, and group sales accounts
• Required to conduct inside and outside sales calls
• Candidates must:
• Enjoy meeting with clients with poise
• Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying their needs
• Handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Be able to work under pressure
• Have a strong interest in sales
• Maintain and exceed monthly goals
• Be adaptable to work hours as required
• Works closely with the front desk and other departments to endure guest satisfaction
• must have previous hotel sales experience with booking rooms and catering business

Bachelor's degree/Higher Education Qualification/Equivalent in Marketing or Related Field

Previous hotel sales experience required.

Must have knowledge of Delphi or other sales booking system.

Salary based on experience.
