Position

  • Promote Safety as the number one priority of all Lucas Milhaupt employees.
  • Assist with developing and implementing world-class processes and procedures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
  • Support Lucas team members in their daily standard work and improvement projects as needed.
  • Collect and analyze data to help drive Improvement, including recording processes using video.
  • Participate in and support lean daily management.
  • Participate in lean initiatives including 5S, SMED projects and kaizens.
  • Support productivity improvement projects in the plant and other waste reduction initiatives.
  • Work with the Operations team to develop and implement training on processes and equipment.
  • Utilize job breakdowns, troubleshooting trees, and visual work instructions to update existing training materials.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
