The Powder Production Supervisor leads daily powder coating operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and team development. • Supervise production personnel and powder manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals


• Promote a strong safety culture through training, PPE enforcement, incident response, and investigations


• Ensure product quality by enforcing customer standards, monitoring quality data, and managing non‑conforming material


• Drive production efficiency by monitoring output, downtime, and making real‑time adjustments


• Lead, train, coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable through performance feedback and corrective action


• Partner with the Powder Manager, Maintenance, Engineering, HR, and Safety on priorities, improvements, and issue resolution
