YOUR TASKS
- Labor contract management;
- Processes personnel documents related to:
- Hiring (labor contract and other required documents);
- Hiring or secondments of foreign citizens;
- Contract changes (addendums to labor contract);
- Contract suspension (maternity/paternity, unpaid leave);
- Part-time contract;
- Tax exemption;
- 1st level support for questions regarding labor relation (HR-Portal); Collective Labor Contract; Internal Regulation; Maternity and paternity; Secondments);
- Issue employment certificates.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree;
- SAP-HR knowledge is a plus;
- Microsoft Office knowledge;
