Product Manager Germany (f/m/d)
Your tasks
As a product manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our insecticides, fungicides and herbicides in the German market. You will analyze opportunities for our products and develop the appropriate professional positioning. You will work closely with colleagues from the sales and advisory department and support them with marketing materials. Together with our digital marketing team, you will develop campaigns tailored to the product. Together with our European team, you will be involved in the development of new products and can thus work on future solutions at an early stage. You will accompany the launch of new products in the German market with technical expertise and creativity, thus consolidating our successful position.
Your profile:
- Degree in agriculture, biology, chemistry or similar
- Several years of experience as a product manager or in a comparable position in crop protection
- Good knowledge of the German crop protection market and the available products
- Deep understanding of practical agriculture, as well as the wishes and expectations of farmers for our products
- Experience in executing promotional campaigns
- Creativity, strategic thinking and strong communication skills
- English language fluency, both written and spoken, other foreign language skills are advantageous
- Enjoyment of working in a team, initiative and resilience round off your profile
