Comprehensive Compensation Package

Competitive Pay: $26-$30 per hour based on experience and certifications

Up to $3K Sign on BONUS

What You'll Do

As a Diesel Technician at Wiers, you'll handle a diverse range of repair and maintenance work including diagnosing, evaluating, and repairing major components of heavy-duty trucks and equipment, performing comprehensive DOT inspections and preventive maintenance services, executing electronic repairs and advanced engine diagnostics, maintaining quality standards while following all safety protocols, documenting work accurately and communicating effectively with service advisors, and supporting team operations while mentoring newer technicians.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license (CDL certification preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of diesel technician experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Physical capability to perform repairs and lift heavy components

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASE Certifications (PM, Brakes, Electrical, etc.)
  • Previous Dealer experience/OEM certifications Preferred
