As our Global Demand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we anticipate customer needs and translate them into actionable plans across our global operations.

Your impact? You’ll enable greater forecast accuracy, improved service levels, and better alignment between commercial ambition and operational execution. Through your leadership, we’ll strengthen how we respond to market dynamics and deliver value to our customers.

You’ll collaborate with diverse, international teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, taking ownership of global demand planning governance and SIOP excellence—helping us build a more connected, data-driven, and future-ready organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Global demand planning governance by implementing standardized, best-in-class processes and ensuring consistency across regions
• Drive the SIOP demand cycle by facilitating monthly reviews and ensuring alignment with business strategy and market insights
• Partner across functions to build robust, consensus-based forecasts that reflect both data and real-world dynamics 
• Continuously improve performance by monitoring KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and process adherence, and driving innovation in tools and methodologies 
• Empower and develop cross-functional collaboration by coaching regional planners, supporting change initiatives, and embedding a culture of excellence in demand planning

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in global demand planning, supply chain, or SIOP, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes
• Strong analytical and forecasting expertise, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and business actions
• Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP IBP/APO, or similar platforms
• A collaborative, global mindset, with the ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions
• Excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to engage and align teams at all levels
