Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in our skilled nursing facility. The DON will oversee all nursing services, ensure high‑quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team

• Oversee care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Develop and implement nursing policies and quality improvement programs

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training

• Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families

• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive performance improvement

Qualifications

• Current IL RN license

• Prior DON or nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Strong knowledge of SNF regulations and clinical best practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Commitment to resident-centered care
