YOUR TASKS

  • Product Owner for the programs Atlassian and Microsoft SharePoint 
  • Consulting of the stakeholders (departments): Description of requirements as well as evaluation and prioritization according to business value 
  • Management of the product backlog 
  • Review of technical concepts and management of developers and external service providers 
  • Business enabler: optimization and digitalization of business processes 
  • Management of global digitization initiatives and projects 
  • Support in the implementation of digital transformation by analyzing, optimizing, designing and digitizing cross-functional business processes 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed technical and economic studies (e.g., business informatics specialist or industrial engineer) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience 
  • Profound knowledge in the description (BPMN 2.0) and digitalization of business processes as well as architecture of Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk etc.) 
  • Competencies in the topics of digital transformation, change management as well as in the design and implementation of workflows engines (e.g. NINTEX)  
  • Experience as a product owner, in project management and the application of various methods - certification advantageous 
  • Ability to work independently, high level of initiative, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, doer mentality, ability to deal with conflicts, strong communication skills 
  • Very good knowledge of English
