About the role

  • Support all selling roles, independent of specific industry

  • Processing of orders, e.g. order entry, invoicing and follow up

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers (internal and external) across all products

  • Ensure correct entry of orders and invoicing

  • Follow-up orders and payment etc.

External interactions / interfaces

  • Only exceptional (focus: only clarifications) with customers, e.g. for clarification and follow up

Internal interactions / interfaces

  • Account Managers (internal and external), Business Development Managers

  • Logistics
