Role Description
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to support quality assurance for AI-enabled enterprise solutions. This role will be responsible for defining test strategy, validating functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery of applications that leverage AI/ML, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in functional testing, automation testing, test planning, defect management, and QA governance, along with exposure to AI-driven applications, conversational interfaces, predictive models, or intelligent business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for AI-enabled applications.
- Validate functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows across enterprise systems.
- Perform testing of AI-enabled features such as intelligent assistants, predictive workflows, recommendation engines, document intelligence, and decision-support solutions.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, product owners, and architects to understand requirements and define QA coverage.
- Design and execute test automation for relevant application workflows and regression scenarios.
- Validate data flows, system integrations, APIs, and business rules supporting AI-enabled processes.
- Support UAT cycles, defect triage, root cause analysis, and release validation.
- Ensure requirements traceability, test evidence management, and quality reporting across the delivery lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint-level planning, estimation, and quality risk identification.
Technical Skills
Technical skills requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
- Strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, system testing, and UAT support.
- Experience in AI testing, including validation of model outputs, prompt responses, confidence-based decisioning, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience with test case design, defect management, RTM, and QA reporting.
- Exposure to test automation using tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium.
- Experience in testing APIs, data validations, workflows, and enterprise applications.
- Good understanding of AI/ML-enabled systems, including testing considerations for NLP, conversational AI, recommendation engines, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation.
- Familiarity with SQL, test data validation, and system integration testing.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery model and QA lifecycle processes.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Test Management tools, or similar.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
