Logistic Specialist物流专员（Temp）

Location Xiamen, China

YOUR TASKS

  • 1. Responsible for overall maintenance of customer
    demands, demand forecast accuracy improvement in system
    维护更新系统客户需求
  • 2. Release weekly delivery request to Production team
    下达周出货计划给生产计划部
  • 3. Coordinate cross functions inside &outside Hella
    to ensure on time delivery and achieve better supplying performance
    协调海拉内部和外部相关部门以保证按时交货和达到良好供货业绩
  • 4. According the customer firm orders or forecast,
    actual consumption and historical performance, estimate N+3 sales weekly flash
    weekly. Regularly tracking the trends of customer demands and secure the
    accuracy of sales weekly flash
    通过客户的订单预测，结合实际消耗以及客户的历史表现，每周更新未来3个月的销售预测，并定期追踪客户的需求趋势，确保销售预测与实际销售的一致性

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, SAP knowledge is
    preferred
    熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint 和 Word; 熟悉SAP系统最佳
  • 2. Be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in
    daily operations
    工作有责任心
  • 3. Requires effective oral communication skills and excellent
    interpersonal skills 良好口头表达能力和人际关系
  • 4. Must be able to work in a team environment
