HCS & AI Offering Performance Project Manager is a full‑time, individual contributor role focused on improving the commercial performance of Lenovo’s Hybrid Cloud Services (HCS) and AI offerings. This role partners closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Business Operations to translate performance insights into actionable programs that increase seller effectiveness and offering adoption. The position operates in a global, matrixed environment with regular cross‑functional collaboration and supports hybrid ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Review sales and business performance insights to identify underperforming HCS and AI offerings.
Lead structured root‑cause analyses with sellers, Sales Enablement, and functional stakeholders to diagnose performance gaps.
Develop and prioritize recommendations for programs, process improvements, and enablement initiatives.
Partner with Sales Enablement to plan and execute seller education, enablement refreshes, and targeted field initiatives.
Coordinate creative activation efforts such as seller spotlight sessions, Q&A forums, and awareness or incentive campaigns.
Define success criteria, milestones, and clear ownership for initiatives and track execution through completion.
Deliver concise, executive‑ready updates on findings, recommendations, progress, and measurable outcomes.
Identify recurring challenges and codify repeatable playbooks and best practices to scale success.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or sales enablement roles.
Proven experience partnering with Sales Enablement teams to drive execution and adoption on a scale.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into practical, actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed organization.
High level of organizational capability with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
