What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop Parts Supervisors and senior parts employees, building leadership capability and strengthening bench strength.
  • Oversee Parts operations including inventory strategy, warehousing standards, parts processes (e.g., 5S), and branch equipment purchasing to ensure consistency and best‑practice adoption.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, analyzing work order systems, inventory health, and overall financial results.
  • Own Parts P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance analysis.
  • Partner closely with Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align inventory with service demand, improve parts availability, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Identify, standardize, and improve processes and controls to drive efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness across locations.
  • Provide oversight to ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and company policies, while supporting the Quality Management System.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex operational, customer, or performance challenges related to Parts.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience with the ability to lead through influence while supporting multiple locations and teams, along with 7+ years of progressive experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operations within heavy equipment, industrial, or similar environments.

Other requirements include:

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Solid understanding of parts distribution, inventory management, warehousing operations, and mechanical trade repair processes.
