Job Description

Location: Vollrath Company, Kiel Wisconsin

Shift: 1st Shift (Hours: Start- 4:30a to 5:30a, End- 2p to 3p)

Pay: $23.50 

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

 

LG3 Soft Serve – Wirer: Is responsible for assembling and wiring soft serve/custard machines on the production line according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications. This role involves ensuring that all electrical components are correctly installed to meet quality and safety standards.

Assembly and Wiring:

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics to understand assembly and wiring requirements.

Wiring: Accurately wire electrical components and systems according to specifications, including connecting power supplies, control panels, sensors, and other electronic components.

Assembly:  Assemble various parts of the soft serve/custard machines, including mechanical and electrical components, ensuring proper alignment and installation.

Quality Control:

Inspection: Inspect wiring and assembly work to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Issue Identification: Identify and troubleshoot wiring or assembly issues, including diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions.

Repairs: Make necessary repairs or adjustments to resolve problems and ensure machines meet performance standards.

Documentation:

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of assembly and wiring processes.

Reporting: Provide feedback and report any discrepancies or improvements needed in the assembly process.
