VERIFICATION ENGINEER

Position Overview  

  
We are seeking a dedicated Embedded Verification Engineer to join our Product Innovation in Sundsvall, Sweden
  
This role involves verifying electronics, embedded software, and connectivity solutions used on power wheelchairs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining test systems. You will be part of an agile team that, together develops, verifies and maintains functionality associated with the power wheelchairs. 
  
Key Responsibilities  

- Develop and maintain automatic test systems.  
- Verify electronic and embedded software solutions.  
- Develop and perform regression tests.  
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported from real-world usage.   
- Participate in the entire lifecycle of our products.  
- Drive continuous improvements in processes, tools, and methods

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience in verification and/or design of embedded solutions.  
  • Proficiency in automated test systems, verification strategies, Linux, and connectivity.  
  • Ability to follow rules and regulations and collaborate across departments. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1 level). 

Meritorious:  

  • Experience from working with Jira, Jenkins, Hive etc.
  • Familiarity with electronics architectures and ability to create prototypes and test tools.
  • Understanding of the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic solutions.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish.
