Position Title: Shuttle Driver Department: Guest Services



Salary Range: $16.00 Reports to: Guest Services Manager



Employment Status: Seasonal FLSA Status: Non-Exempt





POSITION SUMMARY



The Shuttle Driver will provide concierge and transportation service for customers, guests and staff alike from the Marina to local amenities and hotels in the area. As a Shuttle Driver, candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a shuttle van, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Providing excellent customer service and understanding and performing the duties of a cart attendant. Furthermore, promote safety, training and teamwork in accomplishing tasks with proper use and coordination of appropriate tools, equipment, supplies and personnel. Other shift-work duties as assigned in a team oriented structured environment with a diverse atmosphere of staff, customers and other administration.



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES




  • Transportation of guests, visitors, employees and/or products with the use of motorized service vehicles to local amenities and hotels;

  • Ensure the safety of passengers at all times;

  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations;

  • Keep the shuttle van clean and well-maintained;

  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and other items;

  • Provide excellent customer service to all passengers;

  • Collect fares and maintain accurate records of daily passenger counts, and other concierge services;

  • Follow all company policies and procedures

  • Possess the ability to react productively to other duties as reasonably assigned.
