- Reads QC Specifications to ascertain acceptable part specifications.

-Checks parts to make sure they meet customer specifications.

- Completes required paperwork.

- Uses a variety of instruments to perform quality tests.

- Calibrates and maintains the various measuring instruments used in the QC department.

- Calibrates and maintains various measuring instruments(scheduled or repair) used by
machinists, operators, technicians, and engineers.

- Distributes check sheets, gauges, plugs and fixtures for technician self inspection.

- Able to use computer programs to measure and check parts

- Able to use CMM to measure/check parts.

- Communicates customer requirements, sampling procedures, and tests to technicians
and inspector packers.

- Is knowledgeable in ISO requirements.

- Proficient in English.
