We are seeking a dedicated and organized Business Office Manager to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions

- Oversee patient and resident financial records, including insurance billing and payment processing

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to healthcare finance and billing

- Coordinate with clinical staff and management to facilitate smooth administrative operations

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for executive review

- Supervise and train administrative staff within the business office

- Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial and resident information

- Address and resolve billing discrepancies and resident concerns promptly and professionally


Skills and Qualifications:
