Job Description

Position Overview

The IMS / EVMS Analyst provides advanced schedule and cost analysis support to the OPC program, ensuring alignment with acquisition objectives and compliance with earned value management standards. This role is critical to maintaining program visibility into schedule performance, cost efficiency, and risk.

Working within a shipbuilding and acquisition environment, the analyst develops, analyzes, and maintains Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and supports EVMS surveillance activities. The role requires close coordination with program leadership and stakeholders to assess performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights.

This position supports program execution by ensuring schedule realism, identifying potential delays, and contributing to data-driven decision-making processes that support successful delivery of OPC assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules
  • Perform schedule analysis and risk assessments
  • Support EVMS compliance and reporting activities
  • Prepare reports and briefings for leadership
  • Use tools such as MS Project and Primavera

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of scheduling or EVMS experience
  • Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
  • Knowledge of EVMS standards
  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

  • Shipbuilding or DoD program experience
  • DCMA EVMS familiarity
  • Advanced analytics tools experience
