Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Go-To-Market Campaigns to lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, store traffic, and sales.
This role serves as the operational hub for campaign delivery, bridging marketing strategy with in-store, digital, and cross-channel execution. You will bring go-to-market plans to life across a multi-banner retail environment owning timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns launch on time, on budget and with excellence.
The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer and operator, a strategic thinker who can connect big picture objectives to flawless execution. You thrive in fast paced environments, bring structure to complexity, and know how to move work forward across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Leadership & Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, from planning through launch and post-campaign recap. Translate strategy into actionable plans across in store, digital, and promotional channels while delivering campaigns tied to seasonal events, key cultural moments, and key business priorities.
- Program & Project Management: Serve as the central project manager for marketing initiatives, building timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring on time delivery. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a high volume, fast paced retail environment while overseeing workflows and external partners and key vendors as needed.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive alignment across Media & Advertising, Brand, Merchandising, Operations, and regional and store teams. Partner closely with merchandising and key accounts to execute promotional programs that drive traffic and sales, serving as the connective link between strategy and execution.
- In-Store & Field Activation: Ensure campaigns are executed seamless at the store level with a strong focus on operational feasibility and consistency. Support large scale activations, seasonal programs, and field rollouts to bring campaigns to life in market.
- Performance & Optimization: Track campaign execution and performance, identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall impact. Apply key learnings to continuously enhance future campaigns and drive stronger results.
- Innovation: Identify emerging trends in marketing, merchandising, and retail experiences. Test and implement new ideas to enhance the brand, drive traffic, and new revenue sources.
- Ad Hoc Support: Take on special projects or initiatives as needed to support the Senior Director and overall Media & Advertising strategy.
Working Relationships:
Collaborate closely with growth, digital, brand, PR, communications, merchandising, FP&A, fuel, store operations, and other support divisions.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business..
Preferred Education:
Master’s in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business
Minimum Experience:
4-6 years’ experience in marketing, brand activation, or field marketing with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns.
Preferred Experience:
6+ years with experience in retail advertising or consumer-facing environments.

Hours & Conditions: Typically Monday – Friday, 8+ hour days, 4 days per week in office with opportunity for 1 flex day from home per week contingent on job performance/business needs

Consistent with Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we’re sharing the base salary range for this position. Final pay within this range will be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
