Metsä Group Financial Shared Service Center (SSC) in Gdańsk is looking for a Contact Center & Travel Expense Assistant with Swedish to join our dynamic and supportive team.

What will you get to do?
- Support daily operations related to payments for supplier invoices
- Answer questions from employees and suppliers (e.g. payment status, clarifications)
- Check and process employee travel and expense claims according to company policies
- Cooperate with colleagues from the Accounts Payable team and other departments
- Identify improvement opportunities and take part in making our processes better
What kind of skills are we looking for?
- Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- German language skills are an asset
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
- Customer-oriented mindset and good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to organize your work
- Openness to teamwork and cooperation
- Comfort working with data, multitasking, and problem-solving
- A collaborative team player attitude
- Previous experience in customer service or accounts payable is an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office
