Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated General Manager who is passionate about Southern seafood and has a strong desire to grow within our franchise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to maximize profitability
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Train and develop staff, identifying potential leaders within the team
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
- Analyze sales reports and develop action plans to address any issues
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in fast casual or seafood
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passion for Southern cuisine and a commitment to quality and excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Manager Food Safety Certified
