Position Summary

The Orientation Tour Operator conducts cultural orientation programs and walking tours to support the integration of Soldiers, Families, and civilians into the host nation environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct host nation orientation tours and bi-cultural sessions
• Lead classroom-based instruction and guided walking tours
• Conduct Benvenuti cultural integration sessions
• Maintain Group Session Logs (DA Form 5900) for all sessions
• Develop and submit detailed tour and safety plans
• Ensure participant safety and compliance with approved routes and procedures
• Submit attendance logs and required reports on time

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience coordinating tours or historical excursions in Italy
• Language Proficiency: Level 4 Fluent in English and Italian
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Experience working with military or international populations preferred
