Summary:

LinkTech is seeking a part-time, Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and performing administrative bookkeeping and clerical tasks.



This position is ideal for individuals who have great organizational skills, need flexible work hours, are excellent communicators, and thrive on repeatable processes and enjoy matching numbers. Prior bookkeeping/office manager experience is a plus.





Key Responsibilities:



•    Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards

•    Reconciliation of internal product sales to vendor statements

•    Proper management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

•    Management and reconciliation of payment processing platforms.

•    Perform monthly sales and excise tax filing

•    Answer and direct phone calls

•    Make office supply arrangements and maintain office condition

•    Maintain a clean and safe work area and environment.

•    Greet visitors, receive packages and mail

•    Providing general administrative support to our employees

•    Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

•    Maintain an organized filing system

•    Follow company policies and procedures

•    Participate in work group/team activities

•    Provide input to problem solving process and possess good communication skills
