What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
Provide mobility support and help maintain resident comfort
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Work closely with nurses and other care team members to deliver high-quality care

Who We’re Looking For

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Nursing Aide licensed in Delaware
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented individuals
Strong communication and time management skills
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply—we’ll support your transition into practice
Must be able to commute to Wilmington, DE daily
